Arctic Monkeys to release limited edition 7” single via Oxfam

In an inspired move, Arctic Monkeys are to release ‘Crying Lightning’, the first single from their new album Humbug, through Oxfam shops across the UK. All proceeds from sales of the limited edition 7” will go to the charity. Second hand CDs and vinyl sold at Oxfam shops generate millions of pounds to combat poverty all over the world, and Arctic Monkey’s label Domino is encouraging fans to donate from their own collections when they head to Oxfam to buy the new single.
