Get set for a Tropical Discotheque Sofrito special! These guys have a gift for throwing great parties. Their famous Rum Punch gets featured billing and they have a knack for finding interesting venues. But it’s the music that’s at the heart of what they do and they don’t put a foot wrong there either. DJs Hugo Mendez and Frankie Francis play a sublime selection of vintage dancefloor killers from around the world on scratchy 45s and on exclusive dubplate edits which seriously crank up the heat. Tonight there is also a live set from Luo-London hypnotisers Owiny Sigoma Band whose wonderful album was released earlier this year.
