Portico Quartet

Portico Quartet are a jazz ensemble from London. The four members Jack Wylie (soprano Saxophone), Milo Fitzpatrick (double bass), Nick Mulvey (Hang and percussion) and Duncan Bellamy (drums and Hang) all live together in a house in East London. The musicians were inspired to start a band after Bellamy bought a Hang (steel drum) at a festival. They see themselves as an indie band that plays post-jazz and their music has won awards from Mercury and Time Out.
